the piper the snake follows · 04-08 19:21
Describe a drawing. Piper works out the line, then works out the whistle that would draw that line, and whistles it. Hold this telephone up to the laptop with Snake Whistler open in Draw, and the snake draws what you described. Nothing is sent anywhere — the sound goes through the air, which is the whole trick.
Not playing.

These are not suggestions. The whistle is worked out from exactly these numbers, so a different Turning draws a different picture. Slow start must be off — a snake that is still coming up to speed covers less ground per note than the sum says it does.
Piper knows the words below and nothing else, which is why it can say what it heard instead of guessing. Put two or three together and they are drawn one after another, joined by the line travelling between them — it is one unbroken line from beginning to end, because the snake never lifts its pen while it is whistling.
